I can not resist my excitement everytime I go to Jharkhand. I start my week long journey to Jharkhand from Tuesday.My wife belongs to erstwhile Hazarbag district,now it comes under Ramgarh district though.. Till the menace called Shibu Soren becomes big taking bribe from Finance Minister Manmohan Singh,Hazaribag was like heaven. Dense forest,waterfall,pure air mystified most creative people to buy land there.They spent thousand of holidays there and made our literature rich,delivered Kohinoor. Entire Jharkhand was like place of heaven without icefall. A natural beauty which was center of tourist attraction and place to cure depressed. Before the partition was made by bifurcating Bihar,Jharkhand area was called South Bihar and “Lalu”s land was called North Bihar. Both part of Bihar were victim of under development, severe shortage of Electricity,which helped to create people like Sahabuddin to run their operation. There was a routine of power supply for one hour in cities like Ranchi & Patna.Other places rarely knew what electricity was meant for. For them electricity is like guest,when comes bring joy but leaves in no time.

I got a promotion in mid nineties to become a small Sales Manager in early Nineties..I felt in love in no time. I have Celebrated New year there at Hudru Falls.I have celebrated Maradona’s hand of god in Ranchi only.I remember that we instructed our hotel owner to start generator before start of final. We did not want disruption in between Maradona’s magic. I had a very tough time in convincing my best friend in Ranchi at that time Mr.Aditya Mukherjii.Aditya was the hotel-owner where I lived permanently. I threatened him that I will not live there if I miss World Cup final due to power failure. He very reluctantly did bear extra cost of oil to run generator. Sorry,Aditya,these type of tricks can only be played by salespersons. I can not afford to miss a friend like you any time.

People of Jharkhand were like fresh air like the god gifted nature.Not now.It is completely destroyed. All forest nearly destroyed, neither there is fresh air. Now smell of phosphorus,sulphur  and sound of  bullet is the part of life. It all started with arrival of Sibu Soren in politics. He instigated tribals that they are getting deprived. Invited Naxals in the state,given shelter in forests.To meet his own political agenda he turned Jharkhand into a disturbed state and made Jharkhand ,a homeland of Maoists. Natural resources were the prime asset ,attraction in South Bihar. Tourism was the highest revenue they enjoyed. Not a single tourist dare to visit Jharkhand nowadays.Within 15 year of bribing Shibu Soren to survive own government, Manmohan made Jharkhand an epicenter of corruption..Even Jamshedpur,costliest city of the west & best city of Jharkhand witnessing Maoist violence & hooliganism. Shibu Soren never told anybody that Tatas provided maximum jobs to tribals, never showed any discrimination.  Shibu Sorn indulged wrong politics,without principle, so neither he was able to be CM for more than six months,nor having any importance in national politics. But he ensured that no more industry comes to Jharkhand.

There I see similarity of Politics of him and politics of present Bengal CM Mamata Banerjii. Yes it is true that Mamata is not found taking bribe for survival of any Governmevt. She gives a perception to the media & people by wearing White saree and rubber sandals that she is honest. But she had received more money than Sore from somewhere else.The amount of expenditure she has made during her epic struggle to drive away Tatas from state is the proof of her dishonesty. Clearly she had taken money from somewhere.If she would have been honest she should disclose funding of Singur & arms supply in Nandigram by Adhikaris.Today security forces have killed Kishanji.But where was his voice when Maoists were killing innocent persons for last 5 years,She was continuing by saying there is no Maoist exist? Like Shibu Soren she has ensured that no industrialist comes to Bengal in next 15 years.Like Shibu Soren she has also ensured that her government does not survive for long.

Jharkhand & Bengal can only move forward if forests are freed from Moaists.To eliminate them,need of the hour is to eliminate those politicians who have created them.

Need those persons who realize,what natural resources is. Can we Get back old Jharkhand again?

Congressmen in Bengal needs to keep ear and eyes open.Mamata was never been a disciplined soldier and friend for any govt.She did not have any vision at any time except destruction.Her recent intention to eliminate Congress from Bengal totally.It started long back actually when Pranab’s son was forced to resign from the top job of a Industrial  committee. His only offence was his father’s name was Prnab,who as Finace minister of India advised Mamata to arrange for own fund for the state. The discontent of FM and PM was not new ,it started when she was in the process of making Railway bankrupt. PM acknowledged that she never her to them. Today the railways does not even money to fund Rs,344 Crore security project involving installation of advanced surveillance system at sensitive stations across the country.When TMC joined the ministry it had Rs 13431 Crore in reserve. Lives of common travelersby train are in the hand of looting TMC

Last election saw unprecedented unity between all Congress groups but Congressmen started to believe that Mamata only in the mode of eliminating them.TMC is busy in taking control over all labour unions held by Congress in the state.Outsiders of the state will feel as if Congress is just in opposition in the state. Only those who are accommodated in the ministry are the only persons who represent the party. It should have understood by the Congress when ministry awarded to them. Not a single important ministry was awarded to them. Mamata herself kept maximum no. of important ministries in the history of CMs in India. She left power when power shortage broke in city after 20 years.But she is still holding on health after continuous infant death. Reason is simple she is having discussion on opening big hospitals in District capital undermining importance of Health center in Villages. It will bring lot of money for her party and ensure lot more infant death in state.

So,Yuva Congress held an silent march on 18^th afternoon. They did not have any authority to speak for the party but they showed their discontent. Even that irked the erstwhile “Maomata”. She said, “They need to decide whether they would be with us. If they can take out a rally so can we. We are strong enough to go alone and the people would decide. They must decide on which side they would like to be”. I wonder whether state Youth Congress president Mausam Noor and Raiganj MP Deepa Dasmunshi, known as a strong critic of Mamata have understood the meaning of the statement.

Prnab knows that he will be not around in next Election as without Adhir he can not win seat. & Adhir is not going to support him as he was against alliance with TMC. So It can be said 2014 will be year of retirement for Mr.Pranab Mukherji.But he has ensured his son takies VRS from SAIL,so he needs to create ground fro him. Yesterday he came in the city with Mr.Jairam Ramesh with tacid understanding. Jairam told people of Bengal that Congress has not taken VRS from Bengal but Pranab remained in duplicity mode or silent mode.

It is clear indication for Congressmen in Bengal.TMC has made bankrupt Railways and Amit Mitra & Mamata combine will push harder bankruptcy for Bengal.If you don’t hear to leader of TMC your political future will be doomed. So to ensure permanent departure of left from Bengal,leave congress & join the only other nationalist force.

Only that can save Bengal from Hooliganism and bankrupcy.

For a long time there had been a tussle about calling who was the worst PM after India’s independence.Jawaharlal Nehru or Rajiv Gandhi. I think in the contest of worst PM Manmohan has defeated all. His name as weakest and Worst PM is very difficult to be replaced by anybody. He is the man who has forced India to go for nuclear power which is highly costly,unaffordable for poor. The mission which he started when he was Finance Minister in Rao Govt nailed the final coffin by bribing MPs in Parliament in UPA-1..UPA2 has exposed all myth about his honesty. His dishonesty for sticking with the power transformed Parliament into joke. It is clear on whose behest money was used and from where these money were earned by his Govt.History will remember him as a person taking worst possible way to save his seat, only to serve interest of US & making India a Nuclear Power state. The Govt, which removed a Man like Prof Kalam from Presidency to induct lady of Multi Corruption Smt.Pratibha Patil,had to push Kalam to be a middleman in Kundakulam power plant protest. Prof Kalam has understood by now that he had taken a wrong mission. His scientific knowledge may be telling him to pursue nuclear power as Energy from middle East is crushing but he doesn’t have to be  mis”adventured” economist to understand economy of the power when it reaches the common man and the risk involved in it. Prof Kalam being a small admirer of you apart from rest 120 Crore Indians I request you to pursue the cause of alternative energy resources, which Mr.Modi is showing the way in Gujrat. I was observing the press Conference of our PM with “losing” Prsident Obama of US regarding Uraneum liabilities of India. It was looking like we have sent a statue of Wax to represent India,while Obama was showing that despite of his dismal stature in home he is still ruling our PM.

Now leaving apart our PM if one asks which state is most developing state in India? Even the purchased media of PM will say the name of the state GUJRAT.

Which state is recovering most from the aftershock of long misrule of UPA ally.Everybody will name BIHAR.Dhanteras has proved that money is reaching micro-interior of the state & so resulted maximum purchase of two wheelers and Cars. Today statistics revealed, slapped heavily on P Chidambaram,Rahul Gandhi and Raj Thakre. They continuously abuse Biharis for migration from Bihar to shield misgovernance . NDA led Government ensured 26% fall of migration of Biharis to other states.

I wonder why Rahul has started UP walas as beggars. He forgot his father and grand mothers were PMs becoming MP from the state.He along with his mother represent the same state as well. Could I conclude that it is only their family which made UP beggars?

But I can proudly say that I belong to a state,which produce biggest no. of fools to elect Mamata Banerji as CM. Mamata in her second term as Railway Minister broke all records to prove that she is the worst Railway minister since independence. Bengal had election in May in unprecedented 5 phases.But in th month of January India Today,DNA,Times of India published where she has pushed railway into. India today wrote on 28^th January “ Indian Railway is in the mode of Bankrupcy.The ministry has asked the govt to double budgetary support to 39600 Crore.Finace ministry responded by saying that Railways have to maintain some discipline.Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee can not blame anybody but herself to put this organization in Red.Indian railway has registered high increase in expenditure and decline in earningsShe promised 1000 KM of new lines every year but even 10% is not done. Expenditure has gone up by 1330 Crore and earning reduced to 1142 resulting deficit to 2550 Crore.” It is suprising that a lady who was playing with the national wealth and taxpayer’s money got elected as CM of a state,which is called to be city of intellectuals. Report also said PM,FM and Planning commission is worried as she takes no advice. It only reflects how poor is the administration of UPA 2. On 15^th September national media published another pathetic news which told” West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerji has left Rail Bhawan for Writers’ Buildings in Kolkata. But her stint has left the Indian Railways staring at a financial meltdown.

The downward spiral that began in Lalu Yadav’s time in 2008 saw the cash reserves of Indian Railways falling drastically from a healthy Rs13, 431 crore to a paltry Rs75 lakh today.

This is perhaps the biggest fall in finances for the railways since Independence. Chances are it will severely erode its ability to foot the salary and pension bills of its employees.”The pathetic character of local media reflected every time.They ensured these news are never published in their media,which resulted another personal win for her in Assembly election in October.

Now she is celebrating 6 months today in her office.

In these six months she has not managed to increase income of state,she has not convinced any industry to come to Bengal, instead she has closed Dunlop and largest tea estate already. Pathetic condition of health sector is reflecting every day.Infant death has become almost an usual affair and pointing all deaths as “Usual” has become rule of the land.She has killed hundreds by being party of  destruction of Maoists in last years of Left regime.This was only her ploy or foolishness to come to power. Now she has turned her back to stay in power. Maoist also expressed their intent to kill her. I hope this not merely a public posture for both her & Maoists. One thing is sure that bloodshed will continue by the force,whom she engaged to disturb politics of Bengal.

In 6 moths we Bengalis feed rice to babies. The function is called “Annaprashan”. I have told this before now challenging again that this Government of fools and inefficient people will not last more than 2 years. Mamata has proved repeatedly that she has no caliber to run any administration in any capacity.

Nationalist forces should ensure that a repeat of Left regime is not coming again.

It is rather surprising despite of 2 apology letter for delay from your end you have not replied yet.Today is exactly one month of my complaint of 2011 against shameful & fraudulent service from your office for last five years.
I am more surprised to hear that you have sent sms on 29.1 at 6.31 pm in my old official mobile number which reads "Dear Customer,please be informed that your card account has been closed and there are no dues payable to us".It surely shows that you have acknowledged your mistake but scared to give in writing that you have heckled your customer all these days.
In that case of negligence I will like to know what action you have taken against your personnel at 033 32917059,who presented himself as Rupam Roy. If you do not punish your officers and staff for their act it will show that you reward your people who harass your customers.
I am looking forward to your apology letter at earliest.

Dear Mr.Ajay Bharti,
AVP, SBI Cards

It is the New Year which spreading waves all over the world. My
communication with you is continuing since May 2007.

Most humbly I would like to introduce myself as a marketing
professional worked for various corporate houses. I work as Regional
Manager & hundreds of young boys work under me. I have to offer
services to many elite clients and have to keep proper records of each
transaction. With this background, I got very surprised by the level
of ambiguities in services offered to me by your esteemed house.

My association with your organization was only for one year. Because
of various reasons, including that of non-receipt of any bill in my
residence, I wrote to you several times. First letter was dated 17th
May, 2007. Unfortunately I got a peculiar reply from your office that
duplicate bills will cost Rs.100 extra. I wrote to you that I am
having gold card of other bank, whose bills I receive very regularly
through post as well as by email. It is impossible that you have sent
it & I have not received. And the fact is that despite your written
promise via email that you would send bills by email from that time,
no such promises kept!

When I requested to show records of dispatch of bills by post, I was
told that you did not have such records with you! Had it been my
company, I would have called this kind of activity as ‘cheating the
customers’.

I received a letter from you on 20.5.2007 (head.sbi@ge.com ) that you
would send bills in my email and previous not-dispatched bills would
also be sent. There was no response as usual till 25th of May and so
getting dejected by you service, I wrote to you that I am stopping
using your card & requested to block service of the card. When I
received no response again I wrote to you on 28.5.2007 to stop
service.

THIS LETTER IS ENCLOSED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. I can provide you other
proofs as well when required. But if you accept it as a ‘near fatal
error’ from your side, hope there will remain no reason among us for
fighting.

Now, again note the illegal harassments done by your office
chronologically from that period:

•       I got a call that I had been sanctioned a loan of Rs. 51,000 (even
when the previous reply was not received)
•       I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY AMOUNT FROM YOUR SIDE, but your people sent me
sms for repayment. Should I call them ‘unscrupulous’?
•       Again, however, no bill was received.
•       When I complained through letter on 7.9.2007, which copies were also
sent to the Ministry as well as to grievance cell of Reserve Bank of
India, you were forced to withdraw your fictitious claim.
•       Having such wonderful history of working with you, I was forced to
discontinue the use of the SBI credit card of yours. Bills were
continued to be elusive but my request of terminating service of my card remained ignored. After forcefully getting cleared from you loan
trap, I got sms that I have made excess payment which would be
reverted back to me. I did not understand that it was also a
thoughtful game plan from your side, since you were not sending your
bills so long. The declaration came by sms and so I do not have hard
copy. Without waiting for your reversal, I spent that amount (a little
less) at Reliance webworld. Even a small amount is still to be
received by me.
From the next month your office started calling me that I still had
dues to your company accounts of the amount I paid to Reliance
webworld. I told them that according to instruction to AVP dated
25.5.07, the letter enclosed, I had stopped using your card. I had
only recovered excess payment of around Rs.500. Since your telecallers
did not have any record of customers, they could not show even valid
reason or documents from you. More surprisingly despite my declaration
to stop my service and ongoing payment dispute, a new card arrived in
2009! It shows blatant fallacy of your service. On one hand you say
that you send bills, which could not be traced on the other hand you
send new card despite of stoppage request. Then no postal problem

occurs. Inspite of having new card I stuck to my policy of not using
that card.

Meanwhile, I changed my profession as well. My mobile as well as
telephone were handed over to previous employer. But still message of
faulty bills and thousand of phone calls continued to come to those
numbers. I wonder how such poor people get work in your office who
does not know either the name of the customer (even), or the history
of the customers. Even the kind of language they use in those numbers,
as I am informed, if their parents hear they will feel ashamed. They
call from number 033 32917059. Person who calls regularly is told to
have named as Rupam Roy. Though I am no sure who does not know
history of customer, is bold enough to give his name correctly.

I am sending copy of my complaint letter to concerned Ministry,
National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission & to RBI.

If no positive action is taken immediately, I shall be reluctantly
compelled to bring defamation suit against all the Management of State
Bank of India.

I hope you send a letter of apology and stop the illegal harassment
over phone immediately.

Dear friend,

I am continuing with your bank credit card for several years.I am sure if you maintain records I have ill habit of paying all dues monthly in full and so gradually you have upgraded my card and credit limit. My card no. is *********************. It is surprising that my bill was to be  paid on 26.9.Cheque was deposited on 25.9 in the very early morning at ATM stores at Exide,Rabindra Sadan Crossing.Your branch is just beside the ATM and it generally clears on the same day as I always drop in very early hours. This time not only I found it is not cleared on time but it was cleared on 7.10.11.Asusual your clerical persons added some financial charges and sent and inflated bill .I restricted myself making any complaint,seeing this as an exception.Next due date was 26.10.Since I had to leave for Mumbai I dropped Cheque in your BBD Bag ATM which is nearest to your Kolkata HO.The cheque was dropped on early hours of 21.10,on the due date of 26.10.Suprisingly that cheque was also not cleared and again inflated bill came next month..Finally the cheque submitted on 21.10 is cleared on 11.11 from my bank. 

I am surprised what kind of work culture your company is indulging recently. Due to you fault you are charging wrong amount to the customers. Most importantly I had received call for extending my credit limit on 12.11 at 15.30 from no.044#########.Not only they had any any news about the latest payment,neither they were willing to hear my problem even. I am sure there is something very wrong in your office.If it is not addressed immediately many customers like me may leave.

I would request you to remove all inflated amounts you have added in last 3 bills due to your problem.

Katju a mistake?

Ever since Justice Katju is made chairman of Press council on 5^th of October,he is on the news. Pronnoys and Rajdeeps are forced to air him everyday though very reluctantly.It is very surprising when media is all attentive on 10 Race course and 7 Janapath a judge superseding all attentions from politicians and Annas and religious gurus.Though it is very early day but surely on the first look it shows the power of truth. Media is being used extensively by the people of power using easily earned black money.It can’t be that they are forced to report in such mystifying manner only on the lure of Govt. Adverdisements.

Who is Justice Katju? His family is an deceived Pundit family from Kashmir.That is why the power justice is burning within him which he was denied it in J&K.He belongs to a family of judges.Even his grandfather was Governor as well as Law and Home Minister of India. So it will be foolish to ignore him as political & influential person as well. He topped the merit list in Allahabad LLB examination in 1968 and specialized in labor law Taxation and writ petitions. He is an author so he knows how to write concocted stories. So one can argue that he is an very attractive candidate for the present post..

On 26 th December 2010 Mr.T.N. Ninan, editor and publisher of Business Standard, has been elected president of the Editors Guild of India..Around 10 months later Mr.Katju is being appointed.as head of press council. Before that the council was ruled by Prannoys and Rajdeeps only.6 days back Mr.TN Ninan has used his news paper to utter whatever bitterness he has within. His paper wrote at length & said,” PCI chairman has ‘been making negative statements on the media ever since he assumed office”, but the trigger for its strong statement are Katju’s remarks — described by the Guild as ‘ill-considered, sweeping and uninformed comments on the media and on media professionals’ — in an interview to Karan Thapar on the CNN-IBN news channel, broadcast over the weekend. It says these comments ‘touched a new low’..It went on,  “The Guild notes Mr Katju thinks the media divides people on religious lines and is anti-people. He objects to TV channels that focus on cricket and other subjects, that he disapproves of.

He believes that journalists have not studied economics, politics, literature or philosophy, and he has a poor opinion of the media and media people...after expressing such sweeping negative sentiments, (he) has asked the government for draconian powers to impose fines on the media, to withdraw advertisements and to suspend the licence to publish or broadcast. The Guild strongly opposes such powers being given to the Council, especially a Council led by someone who it would seem wants to invoke ‘fear’ in the media.”

In the next paragraph Mr. Ninan’s paper conceded that they made attempt to pacify justice Katju but failed. “The Guild’s attempt to engage in dialogue with Mr Katju has been rendered futile, as he continues to express his tendentious and offensive views. The Guild wishes to remind (him) that the Indian media is as diverse as it is vigorous, and while it has drawbacks, on the whole it contributes to the strength of the Indian system.” The same press following the one sided views and caught in the taped conversation in Radia and Raja talked about freedom of press. They felt Katju is suppressing their freedom of speech. Which channel was not exposed that time Hidustan times,ND TV, CNN IBN and Prabhu Chawla of Aajtak. Except Prabhu Chawla nobody was removed.NDTV has given promotion to Barkha Dutt as well. So what does their freedom of speech shows. It showed they are biased and air & publish those news which are approved by their political mentor. It is also noticed Mr.Chawla has changed his views regarding administration of Mr.Narendra Modi. What does it indicate? Does it not indicate that He was under pressure from his authorities to air their prescribed view only?

Few days this backeditor guild led by Mr.Ninan evenly openly urged govt to keep media out of the purview of Lokpal. If they are so proud of their integrity( though have carefully avoided the word “Integrity” from the long statement) why they are afraid of coming into Lokpal? Today the bulk of the media person is exposed in such a way there should be demand that accounts of all approved media houses should be monitored by CAG as well. There is perception by seeing their reporting that bulk section of black money is used to purchase them only.

It is a battle line drawn.Observing UPA II one feels that Katju will not be allowed to complete his job. There will be endeavor as Guild expressed repeatedly to have back channel talks. But I am very impressed what Katju has said in his latest statements. "Self-regulation is no regulation" and news organisations are "private bodies whose activities have a large influence on the public and they also must be answerable to the public,"
"How can electronic channels say that they are not accountable to anyone but themselves? Earlier in the day he has also written to secretary of News Broadcasting Association, "I would like to know whether the News Broadcasters Association, of which perhaps you are the Secretary, are willing to be placed under the Lokpal which is proposed to be set up in the winter session of Parliament? You seem to be reluctant to come under the Press Council of India. Are you also reluctant to come under the Lokpal?"

"Lawyers come under the Bar Council and their licence can be suspended or cancelled for professional misconduct. Similarly, doctors come under the Medical Council, chartered accountants under their Council etc," Katju wrote.

"Why then should you object to being placed under the Lokpal or some other regulatory authority?," Katju said in his letter.

I can only say ,we have got our voice in Katju.It remains to be seen how long he is allowed by Government and its stooges.

They must be thinking appointing him is turning out to be a mistake.

Today is the historic day.For the first time Mamata has ordered her 24 MPs to camp in Delhi.I doubt whether they went to Delhi at all after taking oath in 2009.Even she ran his office as Railway minister from Kolkata and consumed Rs.70000 crore of Railway reserve to win elections of Bengal. Now she is asking for special attention from Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjii to the economic health of Bengal.Since Pranab has failed to give any positive reaction she has forced Pranab’s son to resign from the Industrial board. The Ex-employee of Sail understood that this time his boss is more lunatic and unreasonable than his employer, so he had not uttered a single word even after bleeding. It is nearly 6 months “Chappal” lady has assumed office but has not earned a single penny for the state.Her ministry could not even encourage her UPA colleague Jindal to start operation in Purulia,this time they are giving logic of Ore Crunch. But the whole world knows real reason. Industrialists have lost faith on Bengal and her party’s hooliganism towards industry,so whether they are pro UPA or anti UPA they will not come to Bengal. The ex Ficci secretary who has managed to get Finance Miniter’s chair in Bengal ultimately found only two areas to earn money.One is Cigarrette and second one is liquor. Prices of the material got increased to 50 to 100% and few low priced brands are forced to close their operations. Kolkata now remained to be a trading center. I have already heard from the colleagues of liquor industry that unit sales have gone down nearly 4 times, so eventually management is targeting people in sales. But there is a good news for Mamata.Neither users of Liquor & cigarettes nor the people associated with these industry can weep in public. They are thought to be “Dushyashon” unless they are rich & rich does not weep to show their social status. So the Ficci man can increase few more taxes on these items.

But I was surprised yesterday that in Baghajatin hospital “Dr.PK pite hue hospital chale aye the”(Dr.PK had came in hospital in drunken state).Initially when Mamata’s paid channel aired the news he told the reporter that he has taken something from container of alloy.But the by the time the news moved to CPM’s paid channel he said he had taken only a medicine of convulsion. A doctor in the said channel observed that if somebody has a long history of convulsion and intake of the said medicine, the patient shows same symptom which drinkers show after intake. One has to be reasonable to believe some sort exercise to save Dr.PK Ghosh is being started.

But I put myself on the side of  PK. Baghajatin is the first hospital where Mamata, who is health minister of state as well made first surprise visit with the cameraman of her paid channel after assuming office. She found the doctor in the outdoor of Medicine as well.  This shows doctor is regular on his duty. Whatever the outside reference is taken the doctor has no record of ill treatment. Then why a doctor of repute will take this route. When Mamata made visit, doctor-in charge complained in front of camera that this large hospital in an important place of Kolkata is severely under staff.. The same thing was being uttered by the doctor who regularly provides service on holidays as well. Then after knowing all from the hospital, which is in her first parliamentary constituency, why she had not taken any step to increase number of doctors? Is not the doctor is human? Do not they deserve recreation? The fact is doctors does not belong to any religion, they are professional. She has not taken initiative to fill large number of vacant seats because she could not take any political advantage of appointment. One very significant point came up in the series of infant death. Director of medical Education Mr. Sushanta Bandopadhyay said that they are planning to system of referrals to BC Roy Hospital. Yesterday after this incident CM said in the same paid channel that she is planning to build 40 big hospitals in PPP mode all over Bengal after allocating sufficient fund in the next five years plan. First thing which strikes no Private entrepreneur will come forward to open hospitals in Kulti,Jhargram Bankura,Purulia,Raiganj,Bagnan etc.It is completely impractical view. If they come these hospitals will not be able to afford tackle such huge crowd. Secondly it is an endeavor to kill governmental health services in villages. She is just running away from building infrastructures in villages. The health minister is to be reminded that poor people are much more than people who can afford. Government runs only when it thinks about doing its duty.

Dr.PK Ghoshes are to reminded that they are at least in better place than Manipur. The state will celebrate 100 days of economic blockade tomorrow. The state is run by the same political party who rules at center. Yet people are strangulated by inaction of both state and Central government. Just think about the inhabitants of state, in what condition they are breathing. No oil to fuel the car,sky rocketing price of daily needs,no public conveyance,no emergency medicine. If some body fell ill , they are destined to die. Dr.Ghosh you can think about your recreation but those people can not even dream. So please show signs of human.If find time think about these people in exile in their own country. Help the people in need, you will forget small ways to entertain yourself.

Armed Forces(special power) act or AFSPA 1958 was passed by the Indian parliament on 11.9.1958 for the states Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland andTripura..Theseborder states were cause of worry from the miscreants across the border.There was hardly any opposition either at that point of time.But the repeated law and order problem in the state forced Government of India to enforce the law. It is only extended to Jammu & Kashmir in 1990.I am sure everybody who keeps some knowledge of current affairs knows Chef Minister of J&K is on the news because of this law recently.War between Center and state,war between CM and Governor, war between Ministers are at the pick..But our point of discussion is not that war today.

What this law is basically? Basically the law empowers armed forces to pick up arrest & interrogate anybody when the Law & order of the state is out of control of the state,when the peace of the area is threatened. On suspicion itself Security forces can shoot anybody and there remains very little or no legal option to contradict armed forces in court. Mr.Omar Abdullah is on the news only recently for this. But one lady is on the news for AFSPA is Irom Sharmila. 11 years that lady is on fast for removal of AFSPA.

On 2^nd November 2000,a truck carrying security personnel was bombarded by the outside forces near Malom in Manipur.. Since AFSPA gives power to Army they picked up several citizens just after the incident.. Many people were injured and even got killed .She said “there was no means to stop further violations by the armed forces”. She began her epic fast. Country will never see such fast at any point of time but this issue is related to national security and Government can not compromise with it as well.

She was put in Jail on the charges of Attmpted suicide.She had no problem in that.She neither made any arrangement to bail he out nor she showed any attempt to break her fast..Government and Law had no other alternative but to keep her in custody and “nose feed” her. Human right activists got active. They appealed to the court time again to release.Court release but as soon as she was release she started fast again. She is very weak now,body severely damaged and she looks like very old person.But her resolve is tremendous. Her mother also knows daughter resolve, that is why never visits her. As she could not tolerate such condition of her daughter.

You will not find person like her really in history of any country.What is speciality of the land of Manipur, which can produce such determination? Probably difficult terrain makes such person, who are physically so strong as well as mentally determined. Though I do not agree with the cause of her fast,I salute her determination. I salute Manipur who has produced such rare person with strong willpower.

Congress recently found her suddenly when they faced huge embarrassment due to fast of Baba Ramdev & Anna Hazare. They reminded the whole country that that we have bigger fasting people in comparison to them. Indeed we have bigger fasting people.Who are thy? They are the people of your party run state. Manipur is under economic blockade for last 90 days.Yes you have read rightly.The price of the essential commodities aresky rocketed but the great Chief Minister Okran Ibobi Singh failed to resolve such a small issue

The bone of contention is the possibility of the creation of a new district – the Special Area Demarcated Autonomous Region (SADAR) hills – carving out three sub-divisions of Kangpokpi, Saikul and Saitu Gamphazol from the district of Senapati. The demand for creation of the SADAR hills district has been a long standing one from the Kuki tribe and is spearheaded by the SADAR Hill Districthood Demand Committee (SHDDC). On the other hand, the Nagas living in the four hill districts of Manipur – Ukhrul, Talemlong, Chandel and Senapati – are vehemently opposed to the idea as they do not want any bifurcation of Naga inhabited areas in the state.Tehelka reported. It is not that Congress any crisis there in assembly.They have 35 MLAs in 60 member bench. They have chief Minister who has no competition of leadership within the party. Yet they can not solve such simple issue and let people of the state to starve. The party seems to have lost all ideological identity.Be it Telengana or Manipur they just wait to lie down the issue and get the issue more complicated.

Residents of Manipur continue to wait for a miraculous breakthrough, even as the situation has only become worse – with prices of essential commodities touching the sky and health services worsening.

The situation has only become worse,” said a worried KH Phalin, managing director of the Shija hospital in Manipur. “Despite our best efforts, we have had to turn away seriously ill patients because of lack of life saving drugs and oxygen cylinders.” It is emergency like situation when people have cars but they don’t have any fuel to run those.You have hospital but no medicine to give it to the patients .But the OkramIbobi Singh and Manmohan Singh both are sleeping.

Opposition party has given memorandum to the President to impose President’s rule but the Congress just want o enjoy power as long as they can. Question is people of Manipur has tenacity than any other state.Now even vegetables are black marketed.Nagas and SADAR Hill Districthood Demand Committee have taken Government at ransom. Creating a district is smallest thing any administration can do.It is clear that some forces are keeping the unrest in Manipur alive.

It is people for all other state to protest and save lives of Irom Sharmilla and other Manipur immediately. Let us have the will power to destroy ill minded people who are promoting black marketing and starvation in the state.We have a section of state sponsored media who are deliberately not putting light on this starvation to feel their pockets. It is time to expose them & Save Manipur.
