We have constitution which is grossly old and greatly influenced by the laws of Ex ruler Britain.Even Our constitution says that only one man is allowed to travel singularly &exclusively,he is PM only.Ministers obviously can travel but with a team of smal or large team. Manomohan Sing has changed that rule for her Majesy Mrs.Sonia Gandhi.She had made a routine to visit Swizerland and Italy by special flight of the Government.Remember in the book of Law Sonia is nothing but a parliamentarian. I will not write much about this fact since it is already publicized that she has spent 1850 Crores in just 2 years. LETTER OF THE EDITOR OF “THE TIMES OF INDIA” TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA
I am born and brought up in Mumbai for last fifty eight years. Believe me, corruption in Maharashtra is worse than that in Bihar. Look at all the politicians, Sharad Pawar, Chagan Bhujbal,        Narayan Rane, Bal Thackray , Gopinath Munde, Raj Thackray, Vilasrao Deshmukh all are rolling in money. Vilasrao Deshmukh is one of the worst Chief ministers I have seen. His only business is to increase the FSI every other day, make money and send it to Delhi, so Congress can fight next election. Now the clown has found new way and will increase FSI for fishermen, so they can build concrete houses right on sea shore. Next time terrorists can comfortably live in those houses, enjoy the beauty of the sea and then attack our Mumbai at their will.
Recently, I had to purchase a house in Mumbai. I met about two dozen builders. Everybody wanted about 30% in black. A common person like me knows this and with all your intelligence agency & CBI, you and your finance ministers are not aware of it. Where all the black money goes? To the underworld, isn’t it? Our politicians take help of these goondas to vacate people by force. I myself was victim of it. If you have time please come to me, I will tell you everything.

On one side we are reaching moon, people are so intelligent; and on the other side, you politicians have converted nectar into deadly poison. I am everything – Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Scheduled Caste, OBC, Muslim OBC, Christian Scheduled Caste, and Creamy Scheduled Caste; only what I am not is INDIAN. You politicians have raped every part of Mother India by your policy of divide and rule.
Take example of our Former President Abdul Kalam. Such an intelligent person; such a fine human being. But you politician didn’t even spare him and instead choose a worthless lady who had corruption charges and insignificant local politician of Jalgaon WHO’S NAME ENTIRE COUNTRY HAD NOT HEARD BEFORE. Its simple logic your party just wanted a rubber stamp in the name of president. Imagine SHE IS SUPREME COMMANDER OFINDIA’S THREE DEFENCE FORCES. What morale you will expect from our defence forces? Your party along with opposition joined hands, because politicians feel they are supreme and there is no place for a good person.
Dear Mr Prime minister, you are one of the most intelligent person, a most learned person. Just wake up, be a real SARDAR. First and foremost, expose all selfish politicians. Ask Swiss banks to give names of all Indian account holders. Give reins of CBI to independent agency. Let them find wolves among us. There will be political upheaval, but that will be better than dance of death which we are witnessing every day. Just give us ambience where we can work honestly and without fear. Let there be rule of law. Everything else will be taken care of. Choice is yours Mr. Prime Minister. Do you want to be lead by one person, or you want to lead the nation of 100 Crore people?

A day in History

I live in a state where people rejoice in defeat.People never dream of development.Where one car factory is kicked out of state and other state is taken that opportunity in both hands.Not only that factory flourished after reaching there but generated 3 more car factory at the same spot. Taking any education from the incident is distant dream,they are indulging more legal battle with them ,so that no other business house comes. Now we are in the worst phase of economy. We have no money to generate from people. Those who are in banking will understand that bank never make profit by giving loan to small parties ,or keeping money of small working class.They have to pay interest to them.It is their expenditure.They earn by investing to the big industries.As they pay interest to the bank. Those institutions generates thousands of tax payers,who in turn pay tax to the Government.

I have a friend who is a judge in West Bengal. I will not tell you the name as they have some official rule to follow. When you will visit to a judges chamber,you will feel which state you are living. A fan is moving so slowly that even Lord Clive who first attached that will feel bad. A tired poor look every where. But my friend went to Gujrat few days back and was astonished to see what benefits judges are getting there.That was almost a five star hotel room with obviously air conditioned.

Now how this is possible? It is possible because they of largest number of tax payers in India.They are giving huge job growth whereas others are giving degrowth. What do you see in West Bengal?Hospitals are in poor infrastructure.States biggest pediatric hospital causing death of 10 children per day.Patients are getting treatment by lying in floor,rats are eating patient's feet. But Gujrat today created history. Country's first Robotic knee Replacement machine is being flagged of there. This is placed in not any multi speciality hospital but Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. From tomorrow it will be opened for general people. It will take one by one patient and operate each within one hour without any human effort. Approximate cost per patient is Rs.1.5 lakh per patient.

Today Dr.MN Prabhakar head of orthopedic department started operation. Mother in law of my elder brother,friend and colleague Mr.Sachin Khare volunteered to have first operation. Mrs.Jaya joshi is the first patient in the history of India to have Robotic Knee Replacement.We are very proud for Gujrat as they are opening one avenue after another for development of poor.That is possible because the state is moving and generating money from state. Still fighting but will win

Mr.Vedant Jatia, S/o Mr.Vijay Jatia owner of great Institute Indian Institute of Jewellery.Their organisation is a premier institute in India to impart professional course on jewellery, designing training to marketing. Their institute has recognition not only in India but from most countries in Jewellery map of world. They thought in 2005 to be associated with other company to diversify their business. So they united with Mr.Mehul Choksi. Mehul Choksi is the name in domestic India today.He is the Chief of Gitanjali group. The group owns most jewellery brands India. He started brands with purchasing one license from Internationally famous Damas group. He named the brand as D'damas in India. Gradually during last NDA regime his business flourished like anything.As I have discussed in my last blog,this industry blossoms with policy at the Center. At that 7 years time gold prices even dipped from Rs.5000 considerably remained below for 7 years most period of time. India was waiting for a brand in jewellery.Most FMCG brands from pin,shirt,toothpaste and Chawanprash had brands in India.Jewellery is one sector where ancient ideas prevailed. So people jumped into brande jewellery.Authenticity of diamond with certifications cleared the doubt from end customers. D'damas got huge success.Gradually Mr.Choksi bagged other international brands like Nakshatra,Asmi. A domestic player Sangvi Exports took cue from success in brands and launched their own brand Sangini.Mr.Choksi did not waste much time,when he saw one competitor is coming up,he purchased that brand as well. So NDA regime produced a milestone in successful endeavor of industrialisation. Brnaded jewellery came & conquered India until the devil "Manmohan" came.

The most crucial factor in branded Jewellery is the stability of gold price. Since price of gold varies manufacturer has to keep 1-2% variable in pricing,while deciding MRP. Since that stability remained brands took off in NDA regime. I have written in my last blog how Manmohan categorically destroyed that stability of Gold market by simple one wrong decision of connecting gold to global markets. From Rs.5000 it reached to Rs.23000 in this 7 years of Manmohan's time. Not single quarter of any year showed any sort of stability and total industry crushed. An industry which was giving employment to lakhs of people started to take away jobs. As an investor one had to look alternatives to survive so everybody searched for alternatives. Tremendous infighting within the industry broke. Jatias broke away from Gitanjali. Gitanjali sacked their marketing consultant Mr.Jagdeep Kapoor of Samsika.Jagdeep Kapoor in turn got associated with Hare Krishna group and launched new brand in west called "Kisna". The initial emergence of "Kisna" hit Gitanjali hard in their belly as well. But their initial emergence also proved to be short lived.Hare Krishna and Gitanjali continued to go down.

But most interestingly no barons of jewellery industry could not assess the reason of their decline. You can not blame on them as industry is new. Glaxo & others giants proved in FMCG that establishing brands take hundred years in the middle of adversity. You will remember one movie of Akshay Kumar.The film was Welcome. One of the chief promoter of the film was M Suresh group. Their brand "Adora" was shown repeatedly in the film when Akshay was doing usual filmy stuff. The brand which showed much promise in pricing and design fell hard badly. When money inflow gots restricted in every unit,they starts fighting themselves to get their money back. That group is locked in legal battle and still continuing digging their graveyard. They started venturing out from their business but never questioned Government to change their policy.

Investors inability to send strong message to power Center was linked to Goverment's link with underworld. Government tried to hide their failure and generated a sense of fear by organising blasts 3 times in short period of time. Jatias got back to their old buisness,Gitanjali gave attention to software,MSuresh virtually changed their office to US.Small industris starting and closing their brnads.Only Tatas survived as they had "Radia" connection with the government. In the middle of battle lakhs of quality workers found gasping. The industry, which showed much promise and having great prospect, is in ICU.Fighting for life.

This years IIJS will commence on 4th August in Mumbai.Usual glare of Jewellery will be there but behind the scene the sad tune will continue to play.Who are killing our colleagues? Who is making jobless? How long one Economist PM will take to understand the key issue. We should find the answer resist underworld intention to shift our headquarter to Dubai.We should force Government to free themselves from underworld and provide stability to the price of Gold. Jewellery Industry is the most promising industry today,we will have fight for survival and defeat "Manmohan" intention.

We are injured

People may wonder,how suddenly everything started to change when Economist assumed office. It was the result of adding India with the world economy.Now our market is dependent on the major share markets of the world.As a result of that whatever happens in the world is reflected in our common men's pocket. Thanks to our earlier leaders who did not know one day India will have such great Economist Prime Minister and made Reserve Bank of India is the regulator of our reserve. Sardarji could not change that so we survived from being US. Our market did not crash totally when US fell. But as a result of that our gold market became totally dependent on world regulators which was earlier regulated by Indian body.Most tragic thing is that Our authorities did not even bothered to notice & call for change when gold price skyrocketed. Govt could have used reserves to price under control but never showed any intention. In middle east infrastructure and construction industry totally dipped during recession but managed to keep jewellery industry intact. Eastern countries lost everything in jewellery and our authorities made us follower of East so in India our recession in jewellery started in the end of 2008 and still suffering. Be it exporters like CMahendra or MSuresh or domestic players like Gitanjali everbody suffered.

Thousands of workers lost jobs in Surat,the home of diamond industry.All branded companies nearly packed baggage. We thought stability of price will come one day but that day even today. The jewellery industry which was one day largest employment provider for crafty Bengali workers lost job & returned to Bengal.It only added agony of the most distressed state of Bengal. But Some little still remained, which was also got beating by continuous terrorist attacks on our Jewellery capital,Zaveri Bazar of Mumbai. It is just like Government pushing us into the well of uncertainty.Jewellery industry once was pride of India,now it is burden of India. Presently India is suffering from 3 percent minus growth in jobs(Though Gujrat and Karnataka has 20% positive growth).If you take out statistics of Jewellery I presume you will have more than 20% minus growth in jobs.Despite of 360% growth in price,volumewise growth of sales is only increasing by 20%.One can understand how much minus growth they are actually having.
In the middle of such crisis Mumbai terror attack day before yesterday has just hit us in our belly.Industry has lost diamond worth 25 Crore. When the entire industry is busy with IIJS,scheduled to commence from 8th August,this preplanned attack has taken away 7 valuable days 7 invaluable lives.I fear when industry can stand up again.

I pray India does not have any economist Prime Minister in future.

Punishment

Punishment is the key word all the time. If somebody is not giving proper attention to his work or causing disturbance to others person is needed to be punished. I remember I was very naughty in my childhood. Getting inspired by Kaji Najrul's Poem "Lichu Chor",I developed a habit of stealing mangoes.lemon,guavas,flowers from other's garden. One day my father got frustrated by getting repeated complaints from neighbors and broke few sticks on my back,stopped my food and locked me for 12 hours. Even the child within me got ashamed and stopped actions which is not proper. I remember I was beaten mercilessly by my school teacher for complaining against my teacher. I complained that teacher has not checked my answer sheet of Mathematics properly.My father knew I was naughty but I was not dishonest. My father took the matter to higher authorities.I proved my teacher wrong again by appearing in a fresh examination.I was rewarded and my teacher was rebuked. If the teacher was not punished for his wrong work,he could have repeated his deed again to other students. So Every punishment has a positive value for correcting your faults.

Our problem is in the modern day India that we are reluctant to give punishment to the offender. School teachers are not allowed to give punishment to the erring students,so students finding it difficult to correct themselves. In the name of activism we are abolishing system of Pass/Fail in examination. Even the numbers are not allowed to mention. As a resultant of that students finding difficult to assess their quality and education system deteriorating. Actual offenders are not being punished. Since teachers can not take extra effort to improve weak student they are taking a short cut route. Instead of students, teachers should have been punished by settling accountability of developing weak student.

Our neighbor is Pakistan.Since independence they are allowed to invade our territory,forcibly capture our land. They first thought they will keep ourselves busy with war against them. They lost every battle but continued disturbance. In 1971 both sides engaged in big war.Not only we won the battle but captured 91000 soldiers from their side.But still we did not punish them. We fed all soldiers in our soil for more than year but later released them. The resultant of not punishing their people is still felt even today. Enemy understood that they can not win battle against us ,at the same time we will not punish our enemy. So they started proxy war against us.They targeted common men instead of soldiers. They are continuing their act as they know,hardly any conspirator will get punishment. Our court has directed death sentence for two dreaded terrorists Afjal Guru and Kasab. But we are not taking action.It is obvious that this is giving joy to anti-India forces.If terrorists' were punished in right time,Pakistanis did not have audacity to attack us or to involve both parties busy in proxy war. Not only that our authorities are hesitating to say in the media that which religious group is responsible for the attack. They are avoiding to name the religion even. This is giving more confidence to the enemies.They are getting indication their punishment is absolute impossible in India. If you want to remove enemies,you will have to punish them.

If it becomes a trend that we will not punish people of minority and humiliate majority for every action,then one time will come when no crime will get punishment.

Gurabe Namaha

Every year on this night I feel saddened. The reason perhaps I have not achieved perfection in any of the sphere I wished to. I was always fond of literature but as an officer in Bengal Engineering college my father believed that science is the only goal of anybody's life to prosper .So I was not allowed to enter into the world of literature. I was very fond of poetry recitation,Kaji Sabyasachi and Soumitra Chatterji was my hero.I was an theater worker,Meghnath Bhattacharya,Bibhash Chakraborty,Ashoke Mukherjii and Soumitra Chatterji were my idols. I was good in 2 sports,Cricket and Table tennis were my domain.
In profession as well I have spent 15 long years in my first company. I only spent such long time with them because I trusted blindly to single person as Idol or Guru.After a long time I understood that the person whom I was blindly following does not deserve to be followed.
In a nutshell be it study,recitation,theater or sports I have not got any proper guru to show me way,any proper guru to get inspired,any proper guru to outshine others talent by my brilliance. So I remain a most ordinary man in any of the field,I have discussed. For that reason I am very jealous of those persons who got success by proper guidance of Gurus.In my life , Gurus remained elusive.
Today is GuruPurnima.
In our religion this a very auspicious day to pay respect to your Guru. I feel saddened as I have not found yet. I only remember my Bengali teacher in school "Ms.Shyamali Ghatak".Though she was not my guru in letter and spirit but she had certainly helped me to grow my interest in literature. I pay my respect within me,since I am not in touch with her nearly 30 years.
I request all people who are more fortunate than me,who have got proper inspirational leaders in their respective fields,to pay respect to their respective Gurus. It is your Guru's blessings for which you have seen success. You are fortunate to have a guru & that is why you are more successful than person like me, who is unfortunate & deprived of blessings.

Dr.Shymaprashad Mukherjii

My friend Aron told me to write about the iconic man in Indian politics.Since I was busy I could not respond to him immediately. I am not so knowledgeable about him as well.Dr.Mukherjii has died 11 years before I born. But people find solace in finding some similarity with any great personality,so I am glorified to tell you that he was a Cancerian as well.Bengalis were always prime enemy of Nehru. He was not in any good term with Netaji as well. Mysterious death of Netaji is a mystery even now. Nobody came to know how he died,so there are people who doubt Nehru's role there as well. But nobody can deny the educational system which Nehru & his dynasty introduced Netaji found very little space over.Despite of the fact that, If the Azad Hind Fauj did not start war and exert pressure on British our freedom could have come another 50 or 100 years later. That was the design of Nehru dynasty to abolish all names from history and give prominence on their family only. So ,I am sure that many youngsters do not know even what was the role of Sir Ashutosh in freedom struggle.

Sir Ashutosh was British hater from his youth.But still he opted to be lawyer and studied in England. His only intention to save save revolutioneries from the captivity of British rule.There are innumerable cases where he has not charged a single penny for standing for them. Netaji could not even complete study,because he was charged with assaulting professor.He was suspended and British took all step to restrict him getting entry in any college. It was Sir Ashutosh who fought for him ensured justice to Netaji. Dr.Shyamaprashad was the son of this great man.Sir Ashutosh was against British language and British education. He wanted every local language should get priority in education. Most of the Congress leaders were foreign educated at that time. Some of them did not agree to him. So he showed the way by pushing his own son Shyamaprashad in his way of thinking.
 

 

Mastery of English matching love of Mother Tongue
Though Shyamaprashad was brilliant in English,he completed M.A in Bengali to ensure rightful place to Bengali in curriculam. Dr.Shyamaprashad carried such nationalist gene from his father. Though I am Bengali,I did not know anything about Dr.Mukherji.Even I did not know he was son of Sir Ashutosh because in our educational system this name was carefully erased from all books.First it was erased by Sidhdhartha Shnkar Roy and then the great communists. I started reading about him much later and on my own & then found he was literally a visionary and first martyr in independent India.

One day I went to see a movie of "Feluda" created by Satyajit Ray in Nandan with daughter. I was in queue,waiting for the window to open.I found just in front of me one mand is standing who is very familiar face in defence circle,as well as in television.I was thinking who is he.I found the man is very jovial and my daughter has become very good friend of him. Suddenly I remembered and asked him are you ........?He said "yes" in hush voice. He wanted not to let know others who is. Then we started discussion in low voice. I came to know from him only how the entire army is annoyed with congress.

Indian soldiers gave life in thousands in the battle against Pakistan to free Bangladesh(or East Pakistan). Thousands gave life to Indian cause previously as well in battle against them.Indian soldiers captured 91000 Pakistani soldiers in the battle of '71.They were brought to India as political prisoner. India had the advantage of solving all outstanding issues with Pakistan and Kashmir. But what we did?We fed those soldiers in our money for more than year and ultimately released them without pressurising even a little,without achieving any cause. All the soldiers who fights battle with enemies treat Congress as antinational. That is why you will not see any army personnel joining congress at any point of time.They are so agitated even today. He was the first Industry minister of Independent India.

Sardar Ballav Bhai Patel and Dr.Mukherji was always in fighting with Nehru regarding our policy towards Pakistan.They were worried about minorites in Pakistan and continuous killing of Hindus in Pakistan and and Pundits in Kashmir. But Nehru was kin on staying as Prime Minister,not understanding plight of Hindus. Liaquat Ali Khan came to India and after 6 days of discussion with Nehru and The Liaquat–Nehru Pact was signed on April 8, 1950. He was agrieved like anything.He wanted to hold Pakistan directly responsible for the terrible influx of millions of Hindu refugees from East Pakistan, who had left the state fearing religious suppression and violence aided by the State.Dr. Mukherjee was firmly against Nehru's invitation to the Pakistani PM, and their joint pact to establish minority commissions and guarantee minority rights in both countries. So he left Ministry with deep anguish. He left ministry on the same day.His statement had produced fore in every Hindu's heart.He said,
" I have never felt happy about our attitude towards Pakistan. It has been weak, halting and inconsistent. Our goodness or inaction has been interpreted as weakness by Pakistan. It has made Pakistan more and more intransigent and has made us suffer all the greater and even lowered us in the estimation of our own people. On every important occasion we have remained on the defensive and failed to expose or counteract the designs of Pakistan aimed at us."
Many people does not know Dr.Shyamaprashad was even minister of Finance of Bengal before Independence in the year '41-'42.He formed Govt. with Mr. Fazlul Haq only to normalise Hindu-Muslim relation.It was the first and last Hindu-Muslim joint ministry in Bengal, and his earnest effort to get Bengal rid of communal administration peursued by the Muslim League Ministry.But that govt. did not last as well. India was not independent at that time.But in the middle of British adminstration he gave a speech which showed his fire for independent India. He said in assembly tendering resignation,
"Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, may I with your permission make a statement on the opening day of the Legislative Assembly dealing with the circumstances which led to my resignation as a minister. It is all the more necessary that I should do so, since my resignation has not been due to any want of confidence in me either by the House or the party to which I have the honour to belong. In fact, it has not been due also to any difference of opinion either with the Chief Minister or any of my colleagues on any question of public importance. As members of the House are aware, I felt compelled to resign, first, because I found that the continued policy of the British Government and the Government in this country was to ignore the claims of Indians to fuller political power, to hamper good government consistent with the true interests of the people and to weaken the forces of people's defence against enemy aggression. It is not my intention to reiterate the points which I had mentioned in my letter of resignation to the Governor dealing with the all-lndia political situation. That letter, along with several other documents, true to the Hitlerian traditions of the government of this province, today form part of proscribed literature. A minister' s accusation of autocratic misrule need not be replied to with facts and figures, but must be suppressed under arbitrary rule - what grander conception could the British authorities hold before us of responsible government in this country? "

That is the fire Dr.Mukherjii always carried in his heart.
The Brilliant Academician
He was vice Chancellor of Calcutta university from 1934-38.He assumed the highest post at the age of 33.It is the record in Calcutta University till date.Whatever I have studied I have found his language was simple and straight.He was never diplomatic or power hungry in nature.
On Lost Hindu Homeland Territories 
In his historic speech in 7th August 1952 he asked,
"Is there any possibility of our getting back this territory? We shall not get it through the efforts of the United Nations : we shall not get it through peaceful methods, by negotiations with Pakistan. That means we lose it, unless we use force and the Prime Minister is unwilling to do so. Let us face facts-are we prepared to lose it ?".
These Abdullahs had always played in the hand of Pakistan.Be it Shaikh or Farooq or Omar.They always maintained good relation with Nehru dynasty to have special power and special constitution for Kashmir. Nehru always made them feeel that they are special than rest of India.

Dr.Mukherjii asked him in the same speech
"May I ask-was not Sheikh Abdullah party to this Constitution? He was a Member of the Constituent Assembly; but he is asking for special treatment. Did he not agree to accept this Constitution in relation to the rest of India, including 497 States. It is good enough for all of them, why should it not be good enough for him in Kashmir? " 
He clearly told Shaikh
"Let Sheikh Abdullah declare that he accepts the Sovereignty of this Parliament There cannot be two Sovereign Parliaments in India You talk of Kashmir being a part of india, and Sheikh Abdullah talks of a Sovereign Parliament for Kashmir It is inconsistent It Is contradictory This Parliament does not mean a few of us here who are opposing this. This Parliament includes a majority of people who will not be swayed by any small considerations. And why should he be afraid of accepting the Sovereignty of this Parliament of Free India ?"
iwill request you to read his speeches ,you will find why they have erased name of Dr.Mukherji from our educational system. What he had ignited at that time is still burning but the shame is we are not following his struggle,our protest to his mysterious death to the next level.He said,"Certain proposals have been made today. Some of us do not like them. What are we to do? If we talk we are reactionaries we are communalists, we are enemies. If we keep quiet and if a catastrophe comes after a year, then you were a party to it, you kept quiet-therefore, you are stopped from saying anything.".
As long as this party will be in power their politics of nepotism & appeasement will not be less as this is in their blood.So we need to study more and more his values and ideologies to recapture Our Kashmir.
