"Jamaibabu" is called to whom who is married to Sister. Though they have lived seldom in Bengal but both Jaya Bhaduri and Sharmilla Thakur were favorite actors of Satyajit Ray.Because of glamorous presence of both on silver screeen & success in their profession, Bengalis are always very fond of two sisters of Bengal. Since Jamaibabus are very close to sisters' family members,two jamaibabus Mr.Amitabh Bachchan & Mr.Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi are close to Bengalis as well.Bengalis can very proudly say that both their sisters are very good companions and maintained their high profile marriage with dignity. They owe the same respect for both Jamaibabu as well.

Sharmilla and Patudi tied knots in 1969 after four years of long innings of love since 1965.The lady who started as bride of Apu in "Apur Sansar" of Ray finally became Begam of Nawab.Nawab who is still the youngest captain ever in Indian cricket.If one see photographs of him these days he was also looked like a Greek god.If we compare between two Jamai and sister,one can say Mansur's marriage was a big news from the beginning other couple has earned dignified respect by gradual hard work & social presentation.

Nawab Pataudi's death is indeed very sad news for Indian cricket and Bengalis are very sad for their sister.All pray for his peaceful elevation to divine world. Bengalis sincere consolation will always be there for sister.But they hope she will not be de-touched from Bengali film.Her journey from Apur Sansar to Antaheen is something Bengali fondly remember.They sincerely hpe her "Antaheen" journey will not be stopped due to this irreparable shock.

Bengal is with her grief as always.
