Chief Minister of Bengal has relieved herself from the responsibility of Power. But still she is having home, health and Information of broadcasting. I have never heard that in a full cabinet of having unprecedented majority one CM is having most important posts. Infact like Central government Bengal government also primarily operated by 3 persons. Mamata,Partha Amit is Manmohan,Pranab & Chidamabaram at the center.

Government has crossed 130 days now but it is only showing signs of frustration & hopelessness. Home minister has confirmed that law & order situation has detoriated,Snatching and burglary has become order of the day in Bengal. Why this has happened, simply because frustration grown up due to sharp decrease in per capita income. Why per capita income detoriated? Why detoriated because Bengal produced a Chief minister called Jyoti Basu.Who has ruled for nearly 3 decades, moved all around the world with his trusted confidant Somenath Chatterji but refused to infuse confidence among the investors.Trade unionism was the rule. But he managed to cling on to power by increasing debt to hire thousands of useless Government employees.

In last days of Basu Mamata, became admirer of Basu.Basu even donated even supplied his trusted Condidant Tutu Basu to her.She had made her MP as well. But the world does not know what was the pact between Basu & Mamata? Probably pact was to keep per capita income low to stay in power for longer period of time.Tata declared that they will not invest in Bengal in indirect way.Jindal the Congress MP has not confirmed yet whether they will start operation at Purulia. But looking at the Mining scams in Karnataka, orissa,Goa,Chandigarh and public interest on these matters it is pretty sure that still industry will be terribly hit in coming years.Jindals steel factory is a distant possibility in Bengal. In a nutshell not a single news of investment is found in even primary level.

In the middle of that North Bengal has heard news of closure in Biggest tea gardens, which has made jobless thousands.Today Dunlop has declared closure. Dunlop had 900 direct and 500 temporary employees. According to Economist Amartya Sen, 5 times families were indirectly dependent on them.so 7000 families are affected..So it is a pathetic blow during time of festivity. This frustration will only increase in coming days only if Government does not try hard to bring investment in Bengal. It will only come by inspiring confidence by demolishing Lawlessness. I hope 3 member cabinet will concentrate on that feeling plight of Bengalis who are not employees in Government departments
