They were the most media friendly people than ministers even.Since the comedians of CBI have started raiding Maran years after leaving the ministry, it is clear that they are now in the mindset to prove that 2G has its spectrum spread deep into UPA1.There are very few people who think Jayalalita is ever trustworthy for making her ally, though doublespeak commies think differently nowadays. She does not leave any stone unturned to corner her political enemy in state. She has said,” it was very difficult to imagine that after this long interval of four years, the Maran brothers would still keep incriminating documents in their residences or on their office premises. “In these four years, so much meaningful action could have been taken. So we will have to wait and watch if anything comes out of it,” she added. But the question is has she asked left what they were doing when planned looting started in UPA1. Congress sees left in the opposition bench now, Mulayam,Lalu very keen to join ministry but there is no place. Lalu had political obligation to stay with Congress to fightagainst their common enemy in state. So one thing was for sure in the presence of Lalu,Mulayam ,Lalu media followed them more than Congress people. Now by the pressure of Supreme Court UPA2 Congress has obligation to go after their largest ally DMK & second largest ally TMC hardly interested in national politics. So bunch of new media hankering faces from Congress have arrived. What one concludes? Those three power factors were good for Congress? Internal dilemma and infighting of them never came to light for them? Inefficiency in all walks of governance coming in the light?

It all started with the death of YSR in Andhrapradesh..Within 15 days of his demise congress has virtually broken down., Doublespeak and inept handling of Telengana has made Andhrapradesh a battle ground. Once investor friendly AndhraPradesh is terror test for investors.

Than Manmohan appointed Shanglu committee to find out truth behing financial irregularities in Delhi. When Shanglu nailed Sheila Government fire broke out within 7 Race course Road and 10 Janapath. Finally PM understood limit of his power and dump the report made by his own appointed committee.  Then came CAG.They produce detailed looting of their beloved Delhi Chief Minister. Minister like Sibal told that CAG has no functional knowledge. The Ex Governotr of RBI and PM who knows CAG more than anybody had to dump their report as well. The way Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Vinod Rai attacked government; I have doubt whether any high official has attacked government in such a way. He said credibility of the government is at its 'lowest' and that decision making has become a 'casualty'. Rai said governance is at its "lowest ebb" and its quality "below par". Addressing National Police academy he has said, "The governance is at its lowest ebb. The morale of the civil servant is low. The credibility of the government is at its lowest. It's a strong statement but it is harsh reality and hence because of all this the decision making has become a casualty,"

Now there is another Congress ruled state called Rajasthan.Communal fighting going in and their own party members blaming their own governments. Cabinet ministers are involved in Sex & abduction of their own lady party worker. CBI is scared to investigate the case as big names involved. The high court abuse Government by saying, they have not seen such inefficient Government in the history of India. I wonder what the same court will say for the Central Government.

The Government, which was teasing Anna for not winning any election, now feeling jittery about his clear political stance in Hisar By-election. They have understood popularity of Anna will snatch the seat away from them. People’s support for Anna against mountain of corruption will again be established.

Now the question is, what turned bad so bad for UPA2 ,so that bell of mid-term bell is ringing? What became catalyst to their bad governance, corruption, bad governance or choice of allies. To me it is all three combined.
