Few days back when I put the news from a blog of North East even I could not believe that such heroics can be possible.. After searching nets I found that this shameful as well as funny news is reality.Goverment is still not taking action because the person , Zionnghaka Chana, 67  is a Christian cult leader in Mizorum. He can certainly claim place in Guinees book of world record as he is presently husband of 39,parent of 120 children. He has 14 daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren, but he is not finished yet as Zionnghaka is very keen to expand his family by marrying few more women. He is desperate to break record of his father Challianchana who died in 1997.His father had 50 wives.

From a playground to a school and a church, the village of Baktawng resembles any other tribal village but for the fact that the community members belong to one single family of 181 members.

Church authority of Kerala openly declared prize money for a family who will have more than 4 children. It is because Justice V R Krishna Iyer of  Kerala submitted a report to the Kerala government.Communst Govt of Kerala asked him to submit a report on birth control.

He recommended in his 94 page report the committee suggested the adoption of family planning and birth control as a secular policy of population regulation in the State.he suggested ““Within the scope of a lawful wedlock, solemnised after the date of commencement of this Code, each unit of husband and wife shall limit its children to two for entitlement to the advantages the State grants to the members of a family and for avoidance of the legal disqualifications provided under this Chapter [provisions intended to encourage population planning for well-being and children's development]. If, on the legal termination of a wedlock, one of the spouses lawfully marries again, the children born by that wedlock shall be members of a different family for the purpose of this Chapter,” Our politics is such that we can not implement a policy which is recommended by the committee appointed by the Government.

 So our population is growing. According to latest census of 2011 As of 2011 India has a total population of 1,210,193,422 people in 35 States and Union Territories. Among them 62,37,24,248 are men and 58,64,69,174 are women. Communists in Kerala or in the other part of the country are not protesting against not implementing the recommendation because it involves minority. They are not abusing the Church authority as well who has given such obnoxious order.With the help of such weakness on minority they are dictating their people to have guineas book of record of largest family.

Where as China,the only communist nation has implemented the family planning policy in 1979.According to their latest survey they are having 1.5 children per woman. That is the result of four decades of hard implementation of policy. They are marginally ahead of India now having 1.34 Billion population.China could have hundreds of Millions more if they not implemented their policy so strongly. In India we are not even in the position to implement a unified law. How long will we wait till our population reaches 200 Billion and 150 billion is unemployed within that number. Are we waiting for our state towards Somalia,where states economy is run by the Ship abductors and dacoits?

We have tremendous result of China experiment in our hand.But it has negative effect as well. Sociologists are seeing great problem in the time to come. In the next five years the number of people in China over 60 will jump from 178 million to 221 million, 13.3 per cent to 16 per cent of the population according to the People's Daily Online.

By 2050, a quarter of China's population will be over 65, the Commission for Population and Family Planning said, compared to just nine per cent today. They say already one person is looking after 4 parents.Now their economy is detoriating . This may lead to high number social accidents and crimes.

Logic is completely taken but this result has come after 4 decades of implementation. We have right to change Government every five years.Why can’t we implement the policy for next 15 years and then relax for 5 years after that? Is it sound completely unthinkable.

Until and unless we stop people like Zionnghaka Chana to stop this obnoxious act of marrying and producing children,until & unless we strongly tell Muslims to ignore Fatwa of their Moulavis to have uncontrolled birth our population misery will take us to nowhere.
