Haven’t seen such Inefficient Government-High Court

Jodhpur. High court of Rajasthan today literally abused and kicked in the back of Government in Bhanwari Devi kidnapping case.Bench of Justice Govind Mathur & NK Jain(2nd) has slammed that one lady is missing for more than a month and govenment hs no worry about her.Public is depending on Police and Government has no confidence on police.Bench said it has not seen such worthless government in the History of India. When Additional solicitor General filed the development  report of the Government in the Amarchand Vs.Govt case, Justice Mathur asked it is more than a month now but where is the body of the victim? There is no need even to read the report,it should be thrown into the dust-bin.It is nothing but escapism and an irresponsible act.

Moreover Government submitted letter of the CBI which says they need house for six month and cars filled with Petrol. High court got agitated seeing the CBI letter and said Court can not wait for 6 hours,6 months of CBI is far fetched one.

Court will sit every day

Court has said that court will sit now every alternate day and Government will have to submit report every day.
